“My case was a 1st offense dui in nh, but would have come back to mass as a 3rd offense, triggering an 8 year loss of license.
There was too much to lose by going with any attorney.

I selected Attorney Bowser because he was able to take ma/nh cases and of the 4-5 attorneys I spoke with initially, he seemed the most knowledgeable about the process and how to handle the case ….as with anything…you never truly know if you made the right choice until you go through the process…..Here’s Attorney Bowser’s results for me:

1. Got the charge of dui in NH reduced to Negligent driving – a simple traffic violation
2. On the day before the judge, the prosecutor at last minute tried to get me to accept the dui 22 hour classroom program as part of the plea deal….Attorney Bowser reduced this to a LADAC eval, which was a simple 1 hour appt.
3. After the case was finished in the courts, it was time to go to the registry in MA….Here again, they found my old records and tried to suspend me for 2 years along with a interlock requirement for 2 additional years….This could have taken months or years to resolve through the normal channel of registry appeals process if at all….Attorney Bowser made a phone call and it was cleared up the next day…Got my license back.

I was able to put the whole thing behind me in less than a year.

I got pulled over in Enfield NH and charged with oui in NH it was my 1’st offense but in Mass with Emily’s law it would be treated as my fourth. I only went to court twice and he got it reduced to driving to endanger. I had to plead out because of what was at stake, but I know by the way he questioned the cop @ the probable cause hearing at the registry that there was no way I would get convicted. Worth every cent.

I was referred to Attorney Bowser by a friend and Attorney. I needed the best trial lawyer for my DUI case and I was told he was the best. I’m always skeptical when it comes to the justice system and attorneys that promise the world. I originally had another attorney that took a large sum of money from me and then disappeared from the case which resulted in me having to start from scratch. From the time I entered Attorney Bowsers office I felt comfortable and his staff was very accomodating. We went to trial on my case and I was just totally blown away with his knowledge, professionalism and delivery of my case. He was thorough, direct and focused on the main points of the case that would result in an acquital. What was really refeshing was that he fully trusted in me. You usually can’t find that in a attorney, but you can rest assure that you will find that quality in Attorney Bowser. I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for he has restored my life and well being. I cannot put into words the feeling I had when the jury came in and stated “”not guilty””. I had tears in my eyes and I felt as if a huge weight that was building for the past year was lifted from me.

Just under a year ago I was pulled over and charged with an OUI in MA and living in NH I had no clue what to do, I felt helpless and confused. Mikes opening statement clearly spelled out our case and his cross examination of the witnesses was ruthless and he left no question in the jury’s mind that there were other explanations for every action and or event. I testified on my behalf and Mike helped me feel comfortable during a very uncomfortable time.

I would like to comment on Mike’s court room presence he is a powerful speaker without being loud, he had everyone in the court room hanging on his words even the DA. I could tell that the DA and the witnesses respected Mike and that was a powerful influence on the jury. Mike was able to clearly paint pictures with his words that I could visualize in my head and I have to assume the same was seen by the jury.

I would recommend Mike Bowser to anyone who is looking for a competent trial lawyer. I felt as if my life as I know it was in Mike’s hands today and he did not disappoint. I cannot say enough good things about Mike but know this; if anyone I know asks me for a great lawyer I will tell them to use Mike Bowser every time.

Got a dwi Mike, won on a motion to supress didnt even have to go to trial. After that i got 3 charges of driving with out a lisence got 2 of them down to a driving with out a valid lisence and the other one he won on a motion to surpress in the same town of the dwi. We had a administrative hearing at Concord for my points and Mike got it down to a no action completly dismissed. I would never think of getting any other lawyer. Mike is straight forward and knows exactly what he is doing. A very intelligent man.

I was in a position where I needed a lawyer to defend me in a DWI case. Being from Chelmsford myself I knew Mike and his family from growing up in town and going to school with his sister and being a couple a years ahead of Mike. I also knew his younger brother as I was his J.V. hockey coach. This family connection actually made me feel apprehensive.

However, I am a daily reader of the Lowell Sun and knew Mike had represented some high profile clients in the area and had proven them not guilty in DWI trials in the past. I spoke with two of his clients and they could not say enough good things about him. I also spoke with some “”heavy hitters”” or “”people in the know”” down at Lowell District Court who also said that Mike was the BEST lawyer around.

I called Mike and set up an appointment. After calming me down and reassuring me everything was confidential, Mike agreed to take me on as his client at a reasonable price. I told Mike the truth about me and my situation warts and all. I was completely HONEST with him. He in return was completely HONEST with me and most of all I felt he was not judging me nor did I feel anything said in his office was going to make it out of that office. This was extremely important to me.

Mike explained to me my options very clearly and thoroughly. I did some checking with the Registry after and he was completely right in everything he told me. I had 3 or 4 options and Mike did not “”push”” me into what would be easiest for him. Nor did he sugarcoat the seriousness of my situation if we went to trial.

I chose to go to trial. Mike kept me updated and informed of the process all the way up to the day of the trial. Mike even visited the scene of my alleged DWI, taking pictures and making himself aware of being at the actual scene and what allegedly took place.

The day before the trial Mike spoke with me and told me what to where, what time to get there and what to expect.

The day of the trial Mike kept me calm told me to be quiet and he would do his best. I knew he had a 70 percent “”not guilty”” rate but you still never know. During the trial I actually felt bad for the prosecuter and the police officer who testified. Mike blew both of them out of the water with his professionalism and his cross examination of the police officer had the police officer tied up in knots.( I think the police officer left there wondering what just happened to him!)

I also forgot to mention the jury selection. Mike was able to quickly read the prospective jurors profiles and was able to get rid of any potential juror that might have been biased towards me.I was very comfortable with the jury Mike had selected for me.

In the end after just 25 minutes of deliberation, I was found “”NOT GUILTY””. I shook Mike’s hand and could not thank him enough. Mike Bowser is the BEST lawyer,especially for DWI’s, in the state.

I recently hired Attorney Bowser, he was highly recommended to me through a friend. I had been pulled over in NH and been charged with a DUI. Attorney Bowser found that there was no reason for the cop to pull me over in the first place. The case was suppressed and I will not have any charges on my record. This was such a relief.
