I recently received an OUI in Mass while residing in NH. I was very concerned about what was going to happen to my driving legality, but upon consultation w Attorney Michael Bowser, my fears were soon soothed. As a first offender, I contacted Atty Bowser with many questions: could I vote? How do I know NH won’t suspend my license also? Should I pay my reinstatement fee now knowing that I am going to have my license suspended again in a few weeks at court? (your license is suspended if you fail the breathalyzer and its also suspended after your court date – you can pay one before the other but there are gonna be 2 $500 fees regardless).

Anyway, I am grateful for the advice and guidance that was offered to me from Atty Bowser. Your friends might have their own opinions about what they experienced, but I assure you, there is no type of comfort than that of a seasoned attorney who has the experience in two states like this guy. Michael bowser is definitely one of the best in the business. He was able to get my dui in New Hampshire down to a reckless. Being a mass resident, it gets complicated. Mr. Bowser defended me for a speeding ticket that I received for over $400, and was able to convince the magistrate for my session to be continued for 6 months so that I didn’t have to pay the ticket, never mind lose my license! Very knowledgeable and presents the information very well!

I was leaving an event in NH after a long week and was pulled over for an out tail light and subsequently was arrested DUI. I contacted Mike the next day to set up an appointment(after finding him on this website). He sat with me for at least an hour and after the hour long consultation I knew he was the best. He explained to me the reciprocity between states and what to expect in each state (ma resident, charge in NH). Mike and his team were quick to answer all of myquestions, explain what was happening and were very supportive. I felt as though I had a team that truly understood, that as this was my first offense of any kind..not even a speeding ticket…I was terrified and that they cared. I blew a .12 at the barracks, and even though the breathalyzer was not thrown out Mike still put on an amazing defense with one of the toughest judges. Not guilty.
