My son got into some problems being a minor and having to do with Alcohol. He was arrested for A DUI and I had to get a lawyer before this whole mess went to trial and made my life and my sons life a living hell. I went to the internet and did some research on DUI lawyers. I came across Michael Bowser’s add and made a call and got an appt to talk to him and explain out problem. His office was wonderful with taking my sons case. I was leaving an event in NH after a long week and was pulled over for an out tail light and subsequently was arrested DUI. I contacted Mike the next day to set up an appointment(after finding him on this website). He sat with me for at least an hour and after the hour long consultation I knew he was the best. He explained to me the reciprocity between states and what to expect in each state (ma resident, charge in NH). Mike and his team were quick to answer all of myquestions, explain what was happening and were very supportive. Roughly 10 months ago I was, like you are, reading through reviews because I needed the absolute best OUI attorney available for my specific case (3rd OUI). I kept finding attorney Bowser at the top of all the lists. We meet and set up a consultation. When speaking with him you will see that he is incredibly knowledgeable about all the laws pertaining to driving offenses. He is also very familiar with all the different courts and the judges assigned to each of those courts. He was very honest when speaking to me and answering my questions about my case. I didn’t not want a lawyer that just was going to tell me what I wanted to hear so i appreciated this quality in Mr. Bowser.
Once we had the trial date Mr. Bowser was beyond completely prepared. His strategy and cross examination of the witnesses was impeccable. He executed his caft like absolute master.
