I was arrested for an Aggravated DUI during Labor Day Weekend in 2014. I was way over the limit, to the point that a couple attorneys told me they couldn’t help. When I spoke to Attorney Bowser, he told me to come in for a consultation. At the consultation he was professional and clearly knew the trade very well. He laid out exactly what I should expect and what the likely outcomes were. I wrote a retainer check on the spot for what I feel was a very reasonable price. He and his staff did a great job getting me the best possible deal under the circumstances, got my A misdemeanor lowered to a B, and got my license suspension down from 2 years to 10 months. Now, they just recently got the B misdemeanor reduced to a civil violation, so after starting with an A misdemeanor it’s all the way down to not even being a criminal offense anymore.

Arrested at 2014 bike week by NH state police for DUI. Blew double the legal limit.
